Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking, purchasing, or participating in any service offered by Still Alchemy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Los Angeles, California, and accessible at stillalchemy.com. By booking a session, purchasing a service, accessing our website, or entering our space, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you must not book or use our services.

1. About Still Alchemy & Services Offered

Still Alchemy is a full-spectrum wellness sanctuary offering the following services:

Sound Bath Meditation — Immersive group and private vibrational healing sessions using crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, percussion drums, handpans, and digital soundscapes.
Art & Creative Healing — Guided sessions combining artistic expression with sound and movement for emotional release and self-exploration.
Holistic Homes — An intentional home-transformation service rooted in principles of energetic alignment, feng shui-inspired design, natural elements, and sensory experience, designed to enhance personal wellbeing and everyday living.

All services are offered for wellness, educational, and personal-growth purposes only.

2. Not Medical Advice — Health & Safety Disclaimer

2.1 Services Are Not Medical Treatment

Still Alchemy’s services — including sound bath meditation, art and creative healing, and holistic homes consultations — are wellness and personal-growth offerings. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, nutritional, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nothing communicated verbally, in writing, or through any session, class, consultation, or content on stillalchemy.com constitutes medical advice or creates a practitioner-client or therapist-client relationship.

2.2 Consult Your Physician Before Participating

You are strongly advised to consult with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before participating in any sound bath, sound healing session, or other wellness offering provided by Still Alchemy, particularly if you have or suspect you may have any of the following conditions (this list is not exhaustive):

Epilepsy, seizure disorders, or photosensitivity
Cardiac conditions, pacemakers, or other implanted medical devices
Tinnitus, hearing loss, or other auditory conditions
Pregnancy (any trimester)
History of psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or other serious mental health conditions
Acute trauma, PTSD, or active emotional crisis
Recent surgery or acute physical injury
Sound or vibration sensitivities
Any condition for which sustained relaxation, altered states, or vibrational frequencies could be contraindicated

If you have a known medical condition, you are required to disclose it to Still Alchemy prior to your session. Still Alchemy reserves the right to decline service to any individual whose participation may pose a risk to themselves or others. Participation is entirely voluntary. You assume full personal responsibility for your decision to participate.

2.3 No Guarantee of Results

Individual experiences and outcomes from any wellness service vary widely. Still Alchemy makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees — express or implied — that our services will produce any specific physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, or other outcome. Testimonials and anecdotal accounts represent individual experiences and are not a promise of results.

3. Holistic Homes — Specific Disclaimers

3.1 Not a Real Estate, Financial, or Contractor Service

The Holistic Homes service is an intentional wellness-based approach to home arrangement, energetic alignment, and sensory design. It is not:

A licensed general contracting, construction, or renovation service
A real estate advisory, appraisal, brokerage, or investment service
A licensed interior design service as defined by applicable California state law
A guarantee of any increase in property value, marketability, resale price, or appraisal outcome

3.2 No Guarantee of Property Value Increase

Still Alchemy expressly disclaims any representation that the Holistic Homes service will increase the monetary, appraised, or market value of your property. Energy work, space clearing, feng shui-inspired arrangement, and sensory design are metaphysical and wellness-based practices. Real estate values are subject to market forces, economic conditions, location, property condition, and many other factors entirely outside our control. You acknowledge that you are not engaging Still Alchemy for the purpose of increasing property value, and that any such outcome, if it occurs, would be incidental and cannot be guaranteed.

3.3 Client Responsibility for Property & Contractors

Any furniture rearrangement, structural changes, renovation, purchasing of items, or other physical modifications to your property are undertaken at your sole risk and expense. Still Alchemy is not responsible for any damage to property, personal injury, or financial loss arising from implementing our recommendations. You are solely responsible for ensuring any contractors, tradespeople, or vendors you engage are appropriately licensed, bonded, and insured.

3.4 Metaphysical Nature of Services

Holistic Homes guidance is rooted in metaphysical concepts of energy, intention, and vibrational alignment. These concepts are not recognized medical or scientific fact and are offered as a personal wellness and lifestyle service. Still Alchemy makes no warranties regarding the scientific validity of energy-based or feng shui-inspired practices.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

4.1 Voluntary Participation

You acknowledge and agree that your participation in any Still Alchemy service is entirely voluntary. You freely choose to participate with full knowledge that wellness services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: emotional releases, altered states of consciousness, physical discomfort, dizziness, or unexpected psychological responses.

4.2 Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Still Alchemy, its owner(s), practitioners, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, costs, and liabilities of any kind — whether known or unknown, fixed or contingent — arising from or related to:

Your participation in any sound bath, healing session, art and creative healing session, or holistic homes consultation
Any physical, psychological, emotional, or spiritual effect resulting from our services
Any recommendations made regarding your home, lifestyle, or wellness practices
Your use of this website or reliance on any information provided therein

You expressly waive any protection under Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which reads: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, and that, if known by him or her would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

4.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Still Alchemy or any Released Party be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with our services or these Terms. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Still Alchemy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Still Alchemy and the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services or website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any false or inaccurate health information you provided to Still Alchemy prior to a session.

6. Booking, Payments & Cancellation Policy

6.1 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Cancellation by Client

48 hours or more before your session: Full credit issued toward a future session.
Less than 48 hours before your session: No refund or credit will be issued.
No-shows (failure to appear without prior notice): No refund or credit will be issued.

For multi-day Holistic Homes engagements, cancellation terms will be specified in a separate written agreement at the time of booking.

6.3 Cancellation by Still Alchemy

Still Alchemy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session at any time due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full credit or refund of amounts paid for the cancelled session.

6.4 Late Arrivals

Out of respect for all participants, late arrivals may not be admitted once a session has begun. No refund or credit will be issued for sessions missed due to a late arrival.

6.5 No Cash Refunds

All refunds, if applicable, will be issued as credits toward future services. No cash refunds will be issued except in the event of a cancellation by Still Alchemy.

7. Client Conduct & Studio Policies

By booking a session, you agree to the following:

Arrive on time — please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your session.
Disclose all relevant health conditions prior to participation.
Silence and put away all electronic devices during sessions.
Maintain a respectful, quiet environment for yourself and other participants.
Refrain from attending a session while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Follow all instructions from Still Alchemy practitioners.
You are 18 years of age or older, or are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

Still Alchemy reserves the right to refuse service to, or remove from any session, any person who poses a disruption, safety concern, or health risk to themselves or others. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

8. Photography, Video & Likeness

Still Alchemy may photograph or video-record sessions and events for marketing, educational, or archival purposes. By participating in a session, you grant Still Alchemy a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, image, likeness, and voice in any such recordings for promotional and business purposes, unless you provide written notice of objection prior to your session.

You may not photograph, film, or record any Still Alchemy session, practitioner, or other participants without the prior written consent of all parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on stillalchemy.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, and written guidance — is the exclusive intellectual property of Still Alchemy and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, license, or create derivative works from any Still Alchemy content without express prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data

Still Alchemy respects your privacy. Any personal information you provide — including health disclosures, contact information, and booking data — will be collected, stored, and used solely for the purpose of providing our services to you and communicating with you about those services. 11. Website Disclaimer

The content on stillalchemy.com is provided for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content. The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Still Alchemy is not liable for any damages resulting from access to or inability to access our website, or from reliance on any website content.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Still Alchemy’s services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Still Alchemy.

12.4 Venue

Notwithstanding the arbitration provision, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

The failure of Still Alchemy to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Still Alchemy in writing.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any separate written agreements executed at the time of booking (such as a Holistic Homes service agreement), constitute the entire agreement between you and Still Alchemy with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.

16. Modifications to These Terms

Still Alchemy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on stillalchemy.com with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services or website after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

By booking a session, purchasing a service, or using stillalchemy.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
